Technocraft Ventures’ initial public offering experienced a robust second day, with subscription levels soaring to 4.02 times driven by strong interest from institutional and retail investors, signalling confidence in the infrastructure and wastewater treatment sector.

Technocraft Ventures’ initial public offering drew strong interest on its second day of bidding on Monday, August 10, 2026, with subscription levels climbing to 4.02 times by 2.34 pm, according to exchange data. Investors had bid for 3,34,22,550 shares against 83,17,190 on offer, with demand particularly firm from non-institutional investors and qualified institutional buyers.

The non-institutional category was subscribed 5.37 times, while qualified institutional buyers had covered 4.48 times of their portion. Retail demand was also healthy at 3.17 times. The response extends the momentum from the opening day, when the issue had already been taken up more than twice over, signalling broad interest in the infrastructure developer’s market debut.

According to the company’s filings, Technocraft Ventures is seeking to raise ₹251.88 crore through a book-built issue made up of a fresh share sale worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹50.37 crore. Moneycontrol reported that the firm planned to use ₹138 crore of the fresh proceeds for working capital, with the rest earmarked for general corporate purposes. Earlier reports also described the business as a wastewater treatment solutions provider and said it had reported revenue of ₹279.56 crore and profit of ₹28.20 crore in FY25.

The issue opened on August 7 and closes on August 11, with allotment expected on August 12 and a tentative listing on the NSE and BSE on August 14. The price band has been fixed at ₹200 to ₹212 a share, with a lot size of 70 shares, meaning a retail investor needs to put up at least ₹14,840 at the upper end of the band. Khambatta Securities is the book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services is the registrar.
