Fascinate Textiles Limited is set to launch its initial public offering on August 11, aiming to raise ₹66.98 crore to fund capacity expansion, acquisitions, and debt reduction, with plans to list on the NSE Emerge platform.

Fascinate Textiles Limited is set to open its initial public offering on August 11, with the apparel maker aiming to raise ₹66.98 crore through a mix of fresh equity and an offer for sale. The issue will close on August 13, and the company plans to list on the NSE Emerge platform, according to the issue details released by the firm.

The price band has been fixed at ₹148 to ₹156 a share. The offering comprises 42,93,600 shares in total, including a fresh issue of 34,57,600 shares and an offer for sale of 8,36,000 shares. Retail investors will need to apply for at least 1,600 shares, while the minimum application for high-net-worth investors is 2,400 shares.

According to the company’s offer documents and market summaries from Kotak Neo and InvestorGain, the proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for expansion, acquisitions, working capital and debt reduction. The company has set aside ₹12.40 crore for a new manufacturing facility, ₹19.03 crore for working capital and ₹2.67 crore for repayment of borrowings.

Founded in 2017 by Vishal Nahar in Barasat, West Bengal, Fascinate Textiles makes garments for men, women and children through an integrated manufacturing set-up that covers design, sampling and production. Its range includes T-shirts, joggers, shorts, vests, leggings and infant wear, and it also develops customised collections for clients in India and overseas markets. The company reported revenue of ₹60.25 crore and net profit of ₹5.81 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025, while other IPO trackers cited broadly similar revenue figures and a higher profit figure for the following financial year, indicating some inconsistency in the data available to investors.
