Noida-based Consint.AI raises ₹22 crore in Series A funding to accelerate global expansion and innovate AI tools for risk management across healthcare, insurance, and finance sectors.
Consint.AI has raised ₹22 crore in a Series A round as it looks to push beyond India and build out its artificial intelligence tools for fraud and risk detection across healthcare, insurance and financial services, according to Inc42. The round was backed by BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. The company said the money will support expansion into the US, the Middle East and North Africa, and Southeast Asia, while also funding research into a foundational AI model for fraud, waste and abuse detection.
The fresh capital follows an earlier ₹5 crore seed round in January, when Equanimity Ventures and Seafund led backing for the Noida-based startup, according to The Economic Times and FinSMEs. At that stage, the company said it would use the proceeds to widen sales efforts, add staff and accelerate development of its generative AI product suite. Consint.AI, founded in 2020 by Ashish Chaturvedi, Swadeep Singh and Rajat Shah, has since positioned itself as a specialist in automating claims handling, spotting suspicious activity and digitising medical records.
Its product line includes Risk.ai, which is designed to flag fraudulent transactions and help assess underwriting risk, CIPHR.ai, which standardises structured and unstructured patient records for clinical workflows, AutoClaim AI for claims review and DocInsight AI for document digitisation. The company says its systems have processed more than 100 million transactions and identified over ₹1,000 crore in fraud, though those figures have not been independently verified. The latest funding adds to a broader wave of investor interest in vertical AI tools aimed at regulated industries, as startups such as Jivi and Pype AI pursue similar sector-specific applications.
