Nine companies including Indus Towers and Majestic Auto are scheduled to trade ex-dividend on Monday, presenting income-focused investors with a fresh batch of payouts totalling over ₹91.5 per share amidst steady dividend declarations.

Nine companies are set to trade ex-dividend on Monday, August 10, according to the corporate action calendar, giving income-focused investors a fresh batch of payouts to track. The list includes Indus Towers, Jio Financial Services, PTC India, RITES, AVT Natural Products, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute, Majestic Auto, Styrenix Performance Materials and West Coast Paper Mills. No stock split, bonus issue or special dividend is scheduled for the day; the announcements are regular interim or final payouts.

Majestic Auto stands out with the largest dividend on the list at ₹25 per share. Moneycontrol and LiveMint both show that the company previously declared a special dividend of ₹35 per share in February, followed by a final dividend of ₹25 per share announced on May 25, with the ex-dividend date falling on August 10. In dividend terms, the ex-dividend date is the first day a buyer is no longer entitled to the next payout, while the record date is used by the company to identify eligible shareholders.

Indus Towers has also drawn attention, with its ₹14 per share dividend adding to a history that includes steady payouts and a reported annual dividend yield of 3.52%, according to INDmoney. The company has also been in focus for its share buyback programme, which LiveMint and EquityPandit reported as a separate corporate action. Taken together, the nine companies on Monday’s list have declared dividends totalling ₹91.51 per share.
