India set for a landmark week of IPOs with significant listings from Milky Mist and Dhoot Transmission

India’s primary market prepares for a bustling week as four companies, including Milky Mist Dairy Food and Dhoot Transmission, aim to raise substantial capital, reflecting strong investor confidence in consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with four initial public offerings scheduled to open, according to NSE data cited by NDTV Profit. The line-up includes mainboard issues from Milky Mist Dairy Food, Dhoot Transmission and Molbio Diagnostics, alongside an SME offer from Fascinate Textile. The wave of listings comes as investors continue to show strong interest in consumer, industrial and healthcare businesses seeking fresh capital through the market.

Milky Mist Dairy Food is expected to draw particular attention after the company received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise ₹2,035 crore, according to Kotak Neo. NDTV Profit said the issue has been structured as a ₹1,553 crore book-built offer, comprising a fresh issue of 10.20 crore shares and an offer for sale of 89 lakh shares, with the price band fixed at ₹133 to ₹140. The company has also recently raised ₹482 crore in a pre-listing round led by a Temasek affiliate, the Economic Times reported, underscoring institutional backing ahead of its market debut.

Dhoot Transmission is also moving towards a listing after filing updated papers with SEBI, according to Moneycontrol. The issue consists of a fresh issue worth ₹1,400 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1.63 crore shares, with the company planning to use the proceeds for growth and balance-sheet support. Financial Express said the Bain Capital-backed auto components maker has already won regulatory approval, while Investorgain described it as a major supplier of wiring harness solutions with reported revenue of ₹2,653 crore and profit after tax of ₹301.46 crore for the period ending December 31, 2025.

Molbio Diagnostics will join the week’s mainboard pipeline with a public issue opening on August 10 and closing on August 12, NDTV Profit reported. Its offer combines a fresh issue of 25 lakh shares worth ₹200 crore with an offer for sale of 92 lakh shares, priced between ₹768 and ₹807 a share. Fascinate Textile, meanwhile, will open its SME issue on August 11 and close on August 13, giving smaller investors one more option in a week that is shaping up to be one of the busier stretches for Indian IPOs this year.
