Trust Payments and felloh unite to streamline financial operations for travel companies

Trust Payments partners with travel-focused financial platform felloh to deliver integrated payment data, bookings, and reporting, aiming to reduce reconciliation time and enhance financial visibility for travel businesses.

Trust Payments has entered a partnership with felloh, a financial operations platform built for travel businesses, in a move the companies say is designed to bring payment data, bookings, settlements and reporting into one view. According to the companies, the aim is to reduce the time finance teams spend matching separate systems and to give operators a clearer picture of cash, liabilities and payment activity.

felloh describes its platform as a travel-focused financial operating system that connects payments with protected funds, supplier commitments and reporting evidence. Trust Payments said the tie-up should also support faster reconciliation and more scalable finance processes as transaction volumes rise, while merchants using both platforms will gain access to automated margin recovery through felloh’s surcharging tools.

William Bicknell, felloh’s chief executive, said travel firms do not need additional systems generating more data, but better visibility over the information they already hold. Mark Skehill, head of travel and hospitality sales at Trust Payments, said the partnership combines payment infrastructure with operational reporting and finance controls, helping businesses spend less time chasing information and more time making decisions.
