Wizz Financial and City Union Bank have launched Wizz Voyager, an AI-driven travel card offering multi-currency management, real-time exchange rates, and travel perks, targeting Indian residents making international payments.
Wizz Financial’s India arm, Wizzmoni, has joined with City Union Bank to launch Wizz Voyager, an AI-powered travel card aimed at Indian residents making cross-border payments. The companies say the card is built to simplify spending abroad by bringing currency management, exchange-rate controls and payment tracking into a single product.
According to the companies’ announcement, the card is designed to tackle common pain points for international travellers, including hidden foreign exchange charges, fluctuating conversion rates and the hassle of managing money across multiple currencies. It offers access to 37 currencies on one card and includes automated spending controls, with Wizz Financial saying the product is intended to serve students, professionals and other globally mobile users.
The launch also highlights a broader trend in cross-border finance, where banks and fintechs are packaging foreign-exchange services with digital tools that give users more control over spending. The companies said the card is built on Visa’s network, while related coverage noted additional travel-oriented features such as real-time exchange-rate locking, ATM withdrawals overseas, travel insurance, global SIM connectivity and airport lounge access.
Amir Nagammy, founder and chief executive of Wizz Financial, said in the release that the partnership with City Union Bank marks a step towards combining fintech capabilities with established banking infrastructure. CA Krishan R, director and chief executive of Wizzmoni India, said the aim is to create an all-in-one financial solution for Indian travellers who want fewer frictions when using money overseas.
