Vertex Group plans to hire 2,000 people this month as it scales up customer experience work for Indian consumer brands, in one of the biggest monthly recruitment drives in its history. The business process management company said the positions will be spread across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru and are intended for immediate joining. According to the company, the expansion reflects stronger demand from consumer brands across India.
The hiring push will cover roles including customer support executives, sales professionals, team leaders, managers and other contact centre staff. Gagan Arora, founder and president of Vertex Group, said the company is creating 2,000 opportunities across operations, quality, analytics, training, customer support and sales. Vertex said the new recruits will support its expanding customer experience operations.
