Seven student and early-stage start-up teams, including one supported by Hyderabad’s T-Hub, have been named winners of Boeing’s fifth edition of the University Innovation Leadership Development programme for 2025-26, securing grants and mentorship to commercialise their ideas.
Seven student and early-stage start-up teams have been named winners of the fifth edition of Boeing’s University Innovation Leadership Development programme for 2025-26, with one of the selected ventures backed by Hyderabad incubator T-Hub.
According to Boeing, each winning team will receive a grant of ₹10 lakh and additional support over the coming months to help turn its idea into a commercially viable product. The company said the programme is designed to connect young founders with incubators, investors and Boeing engineers so that concepts can be refined into market-ready solutions.
The winning teams are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL, EarthSprint Solutions, Oreejoy MedTech, StelX Dynamics and SWRN Systems. StelX Dynamics, led by Kartik Pandey and Muskan Ahlawat, is partnered with T-Hub, the Hyderabad-based incubator that works with start-ups, universities and corporate partners. Boeing said the programme continues to draw on a network of seven incubators across India, including IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Madras, IISc Bengaluru, T-Hub and KIIT Bhubaneswar.
Salil Gupte, president of Boeing India and South Asia, said India’s start-up ecosystem has become a wide-ranging network of founders, incubators, investors and academic institutions, and that BUILD has helped create a route from competition to real-world application. Boeing said the programme has received more than 5,000 applications over the past five years and has supported more than 28 start-ups in fields including aerospace, deep tech, sustainability and social impact. The latest round follows the company’s announcement earlier this year that it was opening applications for the 2025-26 edition.
