Q&T Foods Ltd plans to raise up to ₹26.24 crore through its upcoming IPO, focusing on capacity expansion, operational efficiency, and strengthening working capital, with a tentative BSE SME listing on August 19, 2026.
Q&T Foods Ltd has set a price of ₹115 a share for its initial public offering, with the issue due to open on August 12 and close on August 14, according to the company. The bakery products maker, which sells savoury items under the American Bakers brand, is looking to raise up to ₹26.24 crore through a fresh issue of 22,82,400 equity shares. Its stock is expected to list on the BSE SME platform on a tentative basis on August 19, 2026.
The company said it plans to use part of the proceeds to install machinery at its existing plant, strengthen working capital and repay borrowings. Nishant Raj Gupta, chairperson and managing director of Q&T Foods, said in the company statement that the offer marks an important step for capacity expansion and operational efficiency.
According to IPO information available on Kotak Neo, the issue is a fixed-price offering and investors can apply through the usual SME market channels during the subscription window. IPO Platform’s coverage of the company shows Q&T Foods filed its draft prospectus in June 2026, with Corporate Makers Capital as merchant banker and Skyline Financial Services as registrar.
Q&T Foods has also reported improved earnings in the year ended March 2026. Revenue from operations rose to ₹54.77 crore from ₹46.83 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax increased to ₹5.20 crore from ₹2.73 crore, according to the company’s figures. That performance gives investors a fresh financial snapshot as the food maker joins a crowded SME market where recent listings in the sector have drawn varied subscription and debut performances.
