Info Edge (India) Ltd is set to release its June-quarter results on August 11, with investors eyeing sustained growth from its core recruitment platform Naukri.com despite a slight decline in profit margins amid broader business expansion.
Info Edge (India) Ltd is due to unveil its June-quarter numbers on August 11, with investors focused on whether its core recruitment platform Naukri.com can keep driving growth while margins soften a little. The board meeting to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated results was pushed back from August 10 to August 11, according to the company’s exchange filing.
Brokerage estimates cited by Zee Business point to a modest rise in revenue to Rs 824 crore for the quarter, up from Rs 805 crore in the previous three months. EBITDA is seen edging down to Rs 347 crore from Rs 350 crore, with the margin slipping to 42.11 per cent from 43.48 per cent, while net profit is projected to ease to Rs 300 crore from Rs 309 crore. Analysts expect the strongest contribution to come again from Naukri.com, which remains the company’s main earnings engine.
The latest operating updates suggest that the broader business mix is still expanding, even if recruitment appears to be moving at a more measured pace. NDTV Profit reported standalone billings of Rs 737 crore in the quarter, up 14.41 per cent from a year earlier, with Naukri.com billing rising 17.5 per cent to Rs 552.7 crore. 99acres also posted a solid increase, while Jeevansathi improved, and Shiksha was the only unit to report a decline. Business Standard said recruitment billings were affected by softer IT hiring and weakness in some non-IT areas, even as the company’s non-recruitment businesses grew faster and narrowed their cash losses.
That makes profitability at 99acres, seasonal spending and the direction of hiring demand key points to watch when the full results arrive. In the previous quarter, Info Edge reported consolidated revenue of Rs 805.1 crore and net profit of Rs 309.1 crore, while standalone revenue for fiscal 2025-26 rose 15 per cent to Rs 3,052 crore. On Friday, shares in the company closed at Rs 1,229 on the NSE, giving it a market value of about Rs 79,680 crore.
