Tirupati Foam Limited reports a modest rise in net profit for June quarter, maintaining steady growth with a focus on internal audit continuity amid tight margins.
Tirupati Foam Limited has approved its unaudited standalone results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with the board signing off on the numbers at its meeting on August 12 after a recommendation from the audit committee. The company reported net profit of ₹67.76 lakh, up from ₹51.31 lakh in the same period a year earlier and above the ₹42.39 lakh it earned in the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Revenue for the quarter came in at ₹2,817.73 lakh, while expenses totalled ₹2,729.88 lakh. The figures point to a modest improvement in profitability, even as the company continued to operate with relatively tight margins. Mint reported the same quarterly numbers in its market coverage of the results.
Alongside the financial update, the board reappointed D. A. Rupawala, proprietor of D. A. Rupawala & Associates, as internal auditor for 2026-27. That decision keeps continuity in the company’s internal audit function, which is handled by an independent practising chartered accountant. The move comes after a year in which Tirupati Foam’s annual results showed steady top-line growth, with published figures for the year ended March 31, 2025 pointing to operating income of ₹106.03 crore and net profit of ₹2.14 crore.
