Sanrhea Technical Textiles reports significant Q1 revenue growth amid margin pressures

Sanrhea Technical Textiles Ltd experienced a 59.6% year-on-year boost in first-quarter revenue, driven by increased demand in its industrial fabrics segment, although profitability showed signs of pressure as margins compressed slightly from previous quarters.

Sanrhea Technical Textiles Ltd posted a sharp rise in first-quarter revenue as demand strengthened in its industrial fabrics business. According to the company’s results, revenue from operations rose 59.6% year on year to Rs 28.34 crore in the quarter ended June 30, while total income reached Rs 28.37 crore, up from Rs 17.76 crore a year earlier. Net profit more than doubled to Rs 2 crore from Rs 0.99 crore, and basic earnings per share climbed to Rs 3.52 from Rs 1.84.

The latest quarter also marked a strong improvement from the same period last year, though profitability softened slightly compared with the previous quarter. Revenue increased from Rs 21.29 crore in the March quarter, but net profit slipped from Rs 2.36 crore, suggesting margins came under some pressure even as sales accelerated. That pattern points to a business that is still expanding quickly, while also facing the usual challenge of converting higher turnover into steadily improving profit.

The quarterly performance fits a broader picture of gradual growth at the Gujarat-based manufacturer. StockAnalysis, which compiles financial data from S&P Global Market Intelligence, said Sanrhea’s revenue for the year ended March 31, 2026, rose 7.35% to Rs 804.45 million, while net income increased 20.3% to Rs 56.84 million and earnings per share reached Rs 10.12. The company’s latest results suggest that momentum has picked up materially since then, but investors will likely watch whether Sanrhea can keep revenue rising without giving up too much margin.
