Ratnaveer Precision Engineering hits new 52-week high on earnings boost and electronics push

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering’s shares reach a new high amid strong quarterly results and strategic expansion into electronics materials, signalling increased investor confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering has drawn fresh market attention after its shares reached a new 52-week high of Rs 223.75, the third such peak in the month, according to a company press release carried by The Hindu BusinessLine. The release said the stock had risen 24.65% over the past month, reflecting stronger buying interest and a firmer technical picture.

The move comes as the stainless-steel products maker is also reporting better operating performance. Moneycontrol said Ratnaveer’s net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 rose 22.01% to Rs 18.24 crore from Rs 14.95 crore a year earlier, while revenue from operations increased 19% to Rs 315 crore. Business Standard reported even stronger top-line growth, saying total revenue climbed 20% year on year to Rs 318 crore and PAT rose 21% to Rs 18.2 crore, with EBITDA at Rs 36 crore and a margin of 11.3%.

Investor interest has also been supported by Ratnaveer’s push into electronics materials. Several reports said the company’s Copper Clad Laminate project in Vadodara, Gujarat, is about 60% complete, with commercial production targeted for November 2026. The project has been described as an Rs 472.34 crore investment in some disclosures, while other reports put the planned outlay at Rs 338 crore under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme; both accounts point to the same strategic move into domestic production of critical electronic components.

The company’s expansion comes at a time when India is trying to deepen local manufacturing in electronics supply chains. According to the reports, machinery orders have been placed and civil work is progressing, suggesting the project remains on track for a November 2026 start. For investors, the combination of recent earnings growth, a strong share-price run and a planned entry into a higher-value segment helps explain why Ratnaveer has become a closely watched counter.
