Mumbai-based One Point One Solutions reports a 129.4% surge in revenue to Rs 158.32 crore in Q1 FY27, propelled by Netcom BCC’s full inclusion and rapid growth of its AI platform ResolX, with plans for further expansion and acquisitions.
One Point One Solutions said revenue jumped sharply in the quarter to June 30, helped by the first full period in which Netcom BCC was included in its accounts. The Mumbai-based company reported revenue from operations of Rs 158.32 crore, up 129.4% from a year earlier and 64.6% from the previous quarter, as it said both its human-services business and its agentic AI platform, ResolX, contributed to growth.
Earnings moved higher as well. EBITDA rose 91.5% to Rs 39.38 crore, while profit after tax increased 72.8% to Rs 16.31 crore. The company said the results reflected the scaling of its core customer experience operations alongside automation-led services.
Netcom BCC, acquired for USD 33.37 million, has expanded One Point One’s nearshore delivery network across Costa Rica, Colombia and Panama and deepened its reach in banking and financial services across the Americas. The deal follows the company’s wider push into Latin America, which it said is central to its AI-first expansion strategy.
ResolX is also emerging as a larger part of the business. One Point One said the platform ended the quarter with 12 live deployments across seven enterprise clients in sectors including insurance, aviation, banking, automotive and digital assets. The company said the deployments have delivered more than 150,000 resolutions and efficiency gains of over 40%.
Chairman and Managing Director Akshay Chhabra said in a statement that the quarter was the first in which both growth engines were visible at full scale. He said the group’s aim is to automate routine work while keeping humans focused on higher-value tasks and accountability for resolution rather than activity.
Looking ahead, the company is targeting about 2 times year-on-year revenue growth in FY27 while maintaining operating metrics. It also plans to widen AI adoption across its delivery network, add more ResolX deployments and pursue two to three acquisitions over the next three to four years to broaden its geographic reach and capabilities. One Point One said it now has more than 8,000 professionals across its global operations.
