Mopshop Distribution, a Palghar-based supplier of facility management products, has announced its initial public offering with a fixed price of Rs 138 per share, aiming to raise up to Rs 27.26 crore and expand its business ahead of listing on the BSE SME platform.

The company plans to list on the BSE SME platform, and the issue size is valued at up to Rs 27.26 crore.
According to the company’s announcement, the offer includes a fresh issue of 15,01,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 3,75,000 shares by promoter Prakash Hakim Singh. The lot size has been fixed at 1,000 shares, putting the minimum application value at Rs 1.38 lakh. Khandwala Securities is the book-running lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar.
Mopshop said it intends to use Rs 11.98 crore of the proceeds to repay some borrowings, Rs 2.60 crore to buy commercial vehicles and Rs 1.05 crore to help fund a rooftop solar power plant at its warehousing facility in Vasai, near Mumbai. The company also plans to direct part of the money towards general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
The firm, incorporated in 2018, supplies cleaning and hygiene consumables such as microfiber cloths, disinfectants, dispensers, garbage bags, tissue papers, bins and cleaning equipment. The Company Check says Mopshop serves more than 300 clients across banking, healthcare, construction and facility management, and reported revenue of Rs 43.46 crore in FY25. In its offer document, the company said FY26 revenue from operations stood at Rs 44.60 crore and profit after tax at Rs 5.18 crore, underscoring a business that has continued to expand ahead of its market debut.
