LTIMindtree's bullish breakout and positive broker outlook drive stock gains

Shares of LTIMindtree surge past ₹4,200 following a bullish inverted head-and-shoulders pattern, supported by positive analyst reviews and technical indicators indicating further upside potential.

Shares of LTIMindtree have extended their recovery after a firm breakout above a key chart hurdle, with BusinessLine’s technical desk saying the stock’s 3% gain on Tuesday pushed it decisively past ₹4,200 and completed an inverted head-and-shoulders formation, a pattern widely read as bullish. The stock was quoted at ₹4,311 in the note, where traders were advised to consider fresh long positions, with the near-term support band seen around ₹4,200-₹4,150 and an initial downside stop at ₹4,110.

The technical view also pointed to room for further gains, with an immediate objective of ₹4,680 and a pattern-based target closer to ₹4,980. BusinessLine said investors could add on dips near ₹4,260 and trail stop-loss levels higher as the share price advances, locking in profits if the stock reaches the suggested exit zone around ₹4,660.

The chart call comes as brokerages have turned more constructive on the company’s fundamentals. Moneycontrol reported that LKP Research recently kept a Buy rating on LTIMindtree, lifting its target to ₹5,130 after Q1 FY27 results showed steady revenue growth in constant-currency terms, margin improvement and a healthier order inflow tally. In an earlier note carried by Moneycontrol, LKP had set a ₹5,260 target after Q4 FY26, saying the company still faced execution challenges but could benefit from a turnaround in banking, financial services and insurance, alongside better monetisation of artificial intelligence and acquisitions. CLSA has also remained positive, according to Moneycontrol, with a ₹5,755 target that implies substantial upside from current levels.
