Indian small- and mid-cap stocks set for strategic boost with bonus issues and stock split

Three small- and mid-cap Indian companies are set to draw attention next week as Bizotic Commercial and Organic Recycling Systems prepare bonus issues, while Kirloskar Pneumatic moves ahead with a stock split.

Bizotic Commercial has approved a 5-for-1 bonus issue, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on 1 August 2026, according to market updates from Scanx Trade and Sahi. The company plans to issue 4,82,10,000 new equity shares, lifting its authorised capital, while also re-appointing Managing Director Sanjaykumar Mahavirprasad Gupta. Sahi said the move comes after a strong financial run and is aimed at improving liquidity and broadening investor appeal.

Organic Recycling Systems has also announced a bonus issue, this time in a 1-for-2 ratio, with a record date of 20 August 2026, according to Trade Brains. That means shareholders will receive one additional share for every two held. The company works in waste management and recycling, including biomethanation, composting and waste-to-energy projects.

Kirloskar Pneumatic has approved a 1-for-2 stock split, with a record date of 18 August 2026, Trade Brains said. The split will reduce the face value of each share from ₹2 to Re 1 while doubling the number of shares in issue, leaving the value of each holding unchanged. Whalesbook reported that the company also posted stronger FY26 results, with revenue rising 8% to ₹1,759 crore and profit after tax increasing 22.4% to ₹258 crore, alongside a 600% dividend. Moneycontrol noted that the firm’s last stock split came in 2018.
