Horizon Industrial Parks, backed by Blackstone, has opened its ₹2,600 crore IPO, signalling a strong growth phase for India’s expanding industrial and logistics property market, with proceeds aimed at debt reduction and future expansion.
Horizon Industrial Parks has opened its ₹2,600 crore initial public offering, bringing renewed attention to India’s fast-growing industrial and logistics real estate market. According to Business Today, the company’s top management is pitching the flotation as a way to fund the next phase of expansion, with the issue priced at ₹57 to ₹60 a share and a minimum retail application of about ₹15,000.
The Blackstone-backed group has built a sizeable portfolio across the country. Business Today said Horizon now operates 45 industrial and logistics assets in 10 major Indian cities, covering 58.01 million square feet. Other recent disclosures put the portfolio at roughly 60 million square feet across 46 assets, underlining the scale the company has assembled in a sector benefiting from supply-chain expansion, manufacturing-led growth and stronger demand for modern warehousing.
The IPO is a pure fresh issue, with no offer for sale component, meaning all proceeds will go to the company rather than existing shareholders. Business Standard reported that Horizon filed its draft prospectus with the market regulator to raise the full ₹2,600 crore, after previously securing $200 million in pre-IPO funding from investors including 360 ONE, SBI Life Insurance, State Bank of India, Radhakishan Damani, EAAA and DSP Investments. Moneycontrol said the proceeds are earmarked for debt reduction and general corporate purposes.
Regulatory approvals have already moved the deal closer to market. Financial Express reported that the Securities and Exchange Board of India approved the issue, while ipomarket.in said the nod came on May 5, 2026. The same report identified JM Financial as lead manager, and ipoplatform.com said the wider banking syndicate also includes Axis Capital, IIFL Securities, SBI Capital Markets and 360 ONE WAM. Business Today also noted an anchor book of ₹1,167.75 crore, a sign of early institutional appetite ahead of the public offer.
