Investors face a busy week from 2 to 6 November, with ex-dates for payouts from Infosys, Asian Paints and Coal India alongside a bonus issue, rights issues, stock splits and REIT and InvIT distributions.
Several Indian listed companies are due to go through corporate actions in the week of 2 to 6 November 2026, with ex-dates spread across dividends, bonus issues, rights issues, stock splits and income distributions from REITs and InvITs, according to NDTV Profit and exchange-linked corporate action calendars. For investors, the key date is the ex-date, which determines whether a shareholder is entitled to the benefit attached to the action.
The earliest dividend adjustments fall on Monday, 2 November, when Colgate-Palmolive India, Pitti Engineering, Route Mobile and Tanla Platforms are scheduled to trade ex-dividend. On Tuesday, 3 November, the list expands to include Infosys, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Gravita India, R R Kabel and Sasken Technologies. Exchange-style calendars compiled by the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India and dividend trackers such as ExDate also line up with those early-week entries, supporting the timing and payout details.
Midweek brings a larger batch of ex-dividend names. Asian Paints and Coal India are scheduled for Wednesday, 4 November, along with Godrej Consumer Products, Privi Speciality Chemicals, Symphony, Vaibhav Global and several smaller companies. Reuters-style market calendars referenced by Mint also flag Sanofi India and Varun Beverages later in the week, underlining how concentrated the corporate-action schedule is. Thursday, 5 November, includes Birlasoft, Engineers India, Navin Fluorine International, Sun TV Network and a notably large payout from Sanofi India, while Friday, 6 November, features CARE Ratings, Gabriel India, Kaveri Seed Company, Laurus Labs, Info Edge and others. Powergrid is also set to trade ex-dividend that day.
Beyond cash payouts, Concord Biotech has fixed Wednesday, 4 November, as the ex-date for a 1:1 bonus issue, meaning existing shareholders would receive one additional share for each share held. Crescentis Capital and Suvidhaa Infoserve are both due to go ex-rights on the same day, giving eligible investors the chance to subscribe to additional equity. Stock-split activity is also on the calendar, with Gujarat Natural Resources set to split its face value from Rs 10 to Re 1 on Thursday, 5 November, and Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works due to do the same from Rs 5 to Re 1 on Friday, 6 November.
The week also includes income distributions from infrastructure and real estate vehicles. IRB InvIT Fund is scheduled to go ex-distribution on Tuesday, 3 November, followed by Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust on Wednesday, Bagmane Prime Office REIT on Thursday, and Indus Infra Trust and Knowledge Realty Trust on Friday. As corporate-action calendars note, these distributions are a core feature of REIT and InvIT structures, which pass through income generated by underlying assets to unitholders.
