Bhudevi Infra Projects gains momentum on strong quarterly turnaround amid broader infrastructure push

Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd’s latest quarterly figures reveal a significant profit recovery and share price surge, signalling renewed investor confidence amid India’s growing infrastructure investment in Telangana.

Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltd has drawn fresh market interest after a sharp recovery in its latest quarterly figures, with the small-cap builder and developer reporting a swing back to profit and a steep jump in sales. According to the company’s release carried by VMPL, the stock has also risen nearly 25% over five trading sessions, a move that comes as investors reassess the business against a stronger operating backdrop.

The turnaround was visible in the March 2026 quarter. LiveMint reported that Bhudevi Infra Projects posted a net profit of ₹1.55 crore, reversing a loss of ₹0.51 crore in the previous quarter, while revenue climbed to ₹2.88 crore. Business Standard said sales were up 388.14% from ₹0.59 crore a year earlier and that the operating profit margin reached 55.21%, a sharp improvement from a negative margin in the comparable quarter last year. IndMoney reported a similar revenue figure and said the net profit margin stood at 53.82%.

The company’s results have also been read in the context of India’s broader infrastructure spending cycle. The VMPL release said Bhudevi Infra Projects operates mainly in Telangana’s residential market, where transport links and urban expansion are helping support property realisations. LiveMint likewise noted that the company benefits from increased infrastructure investment in the state. Stockopedia said Bhudevi Infra Projects had a three-year average return on equity of 64.4%, suggesting a business that has historically generated strong returns on capital, even though its full-year operating margin for FY26 was far lower at 3.07%.

Still, the latest quarter may be best viewed as evidence of momentum rather than a completed re-rating. The business remains a micro-cap with a comparatively small revenue base, which can make margins and profits more volatile from one quarter to the next. The challenge now is whether Bhudevi Infra Projects can sustain the improved profitability as it moves through the next phase of execution and as the broader construction cycle continues to support demand.
