Apollo Micro Systems is likely to draw investor attention on Monday after the defence electronics maker reported a sharp rise in June quarter profit and signalled continued momentum in its business. According to Goodreturns, the Hyderabad-based company posted a 43% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹48 crore, alongside stronger revenue growth and improved operating performance.

The company said net revenue rose 17% to ₹156 crore in the quarter, while total revenue from operations reached ₹251.3 crore, up from ₹134.5 crore a year earlier. Goodreturns also reported that EBITDA came in at ₹48 crore, compared with ₹41 crore in the same period last year, as the business continued to benefit from higher execution. Managing Director Baddam Karunakar Reddy said the quarter reflected the company’s execution and resilience and pointed to a focus on defence preparedness.

Apollo Micro Systems, which develops and assembles electronic and electromechanical systems for defence use, including missile hardware simulators, avionics modules and signal processing systems, has also seen a powerful run in its share price. Stock market data shows the shares were trading around ₹391 to ₹404 in late July and early August 2026, with a 52-week range of roughly ₹162 to ₹467. The stock has risen about 28% in the past three months, gained around 46% so far in 2026 and climbed nearly 266% over two years.

Brokerage and market data also suggest the stock remains richly valued, with reported price-to-earnings ratios above 120 and return on equity near the mid-teens depending on the data source. Separate commentary cited by Arthneeti says the company has an order book of about ₹1,430 crore and expects export opportunities and defence orders to support revenue growth, while it aims to build into a global original equipment manufacturer.
