18 Indian stocks head ex-date as dividends, split, bonus and buyback converge

Jattashankar Industries, ICICI Prudential AMC, Angel One, HDB Financial Services and Tech Mahindra are among 18 listed companies scheduled to go ex-date in the week beginning 19 October 2026.

A clutch of 18 listed companies will trade ex-date in the week beginning 19 October 2026, bringing dividends, a stock split, a bonus issue and a buyback into focus for investors watching for near-term corporate-action payouts. Zee Business reported that the list includes Jattashankar Industries, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, Angel One, HDB Financial Services, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company and Tech Mahindra.

The busiest date in the calendar is 23 October, when 11 stocks are due to go ex-date for various actions. Those include 360 ONE WAM, HDB Financial Services, Indian Railway Finance Corporation and Tech Mahindra, alongside Titan Biotech, which has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:4. Before that, Jattashankar Industries is set to go ex-date on 19 October for a 1:10 stock split, while Elecon Engineering Company, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals are due to go ex-dividend on 21 October.

Jattashankar Industries has said each share with a face value of ₹10 will be split into 10 shares of Re 1 each, and the company has fixed 19 October as the record date. Mint noted that investors must own the stock before that date to qualify for the split, and said the company’s shares have delivered a sharp multi-year gain. Moneycontrol and Stockwatch both reported that ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company approved an interim dividend of ₹30 a share after posting a rise in quarterly profit and setting 21 October as the record date.

Among the other payouts scheduled for next week are an interim dividend of ₹1.40 a share from Angel One, ₹6.50 from Tips Music, ₹7.50 from 360 ONE WAM, ₹2 from HDB Financial Services, ₹7 from ICICI Lombard and ₹15 from Tech Mahindra. VRL Logistics is also due to turn ex-date for a buyback, while JSW Dulux and Azad India Mobility have announced stock splits. In corporate-action terms, the ex-date is the first day a share trades without the right to the announced benefit, so buyers after that point are not entitled to the dividend, split adjustment, bonus shares or buyback linked to the record date.
