Juspay revenue tops ₹600 crore as overseas push and AI investment widen FY26 loss

The Bengaluru-based payments technology company increased revenue 30 per cent to ₹664 crore in FY26, while reporting a ₹90 crore net loss as it invested in international growth, AI and talent.

Juspay, the Bengaluru-based payments technology company, said its revenue rose 30 per cent to ₹664 crore in FY26, even as it posted a net loss of ₹90 crore after stepping up spending on overseas expansion and artificial intelligence, according to reporting by Moneycontrol and Business Standard. The company’s top line was up from ₹514 crore in the previous financial year, extending a run of growth that has taken revenue from ₹213 crore in FY23 to more than three times that level in three years.

The company said adjusted EBITDA, which strips out non-cash employee stock ownership plan costs, came in at ₹33 crore. Its payments infrastructure processed 400 million transactions a day during the year, with annualised total payment volume above $1 trillion, and it said it now works with more than 500 enterprises and banks, including Amazon, Google, Flipkart, Swiggy, IndiGo and HSBC. Industry coverage also noted that Juspay’s core India payments business remained profitable in FY26, even as international markets gained traction across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the US, Latin America and the Middle East.

Juspay has also broadened its product set beyond payments. Its AI portfolio includes Xyne, an open-source enterprise platform designed to let companies build applications and agents while keeping control over data and model choices, along with Breeze Buddy, an AI voice tool, Breeze Universal for AI-led commerce discovery and Juspay Genius for payments operations and analytics. “FY26 was a year of investing in the capabilities that will support Juspay’s next phase of growth. Our international payments business is scaling, and we are beginning to see traction across markets,” said Sheetal Lalwani, the company’s co-founder and chief operating officer. Juspay said it plans to keep investing in technology and talent as it pushes further into global payments and open digital infrastructure.
