AvenuesAI targets ₹13,000 crore revenue by FY27 with US expansion and AI investments

AvenuesAI Ltd reports a 45% rise in quarterly net profit to ₹85 crore, driven by more than doubling revenue to ₹2,680 crore, as it plans aggressive expansion into the US and launches new AI-powered transaction platforms to achieve its FY27 revenue target.

AvenuesAI Ltd said its June quarter net profit rose 45% to ₹85 crore, lifted by more than a doubling in revenue to ₹2,680 crore, while EBITDA increased 41% to ₹100 crore. The GIFT City-based fintech company also said it is aiming to lift revenue to ₹13,000 crore in FY27, up from ₹11,000 crore, as it pushes into new markets and products.

The company’s board has approved a plan to raise the face value of its equity shares from ₹1 to ₹10, a move it said would rationalise and simplify its capital structure. The proposal comes after a strong run of quarterly growth. Business Standard reported that in the quarter ended March 2026, AvenuesAI posted revenue of ₹2,489.54 crore and net profit of ₹88.96 crore, while full-year sales rose sharply to ₹8,115.85 crore.

AvenuesAI is centring its next phase of expansion on three priorities: expanding CCAvenue further into the US, building an artificial intelligence-led transaction intelligence score platform called TISco and unlocking value from Rediff. The company wants Rediff.com to evolve from a legacy content and email service into a broader digital platform spanning media, consumer payments and enterprise services. It said Rediff’s recent approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an IPO makes it a key part of its FY27 plan.

The United States has been identified as a strategic market for international payments, with AvenuesAI planning to use CCAvenue’s experience in digital and enterprise transactions to build a larger presence there. The company also said TISco will combine transaction behaviour, merchant activity, payment patterns, settlement history and customer behaviour to form an intelligence layer across its ecosystem. Chairman and Managing Director Vishal Mehta said the company’s next phase would focus on turning transaction data into new products, capabilities and value, with possible uses in risk, fraud, merchant intelligence and financial services.
