Investors await the allotment results after strong demand for Technocraft Ventures’ Rs 251.88 crore IPO, which was subscribed nearly 39 times, with listing scheduled for August 14.
Investors in Technocraft Ventures’ initial public offering are expected to learn their allotment outcome on Wednesday, August 12, after the issue drew strong demand across all investor categories. According to provisional exchange data cited by Zee Business, the offering was subscribed 38.69 times by the end of the bidding period, underlining keen interest in the infrastructure developer’s public debut.
Applicants can check the allotment status through the NSE, the BSE or the issue registrar, Bigshare Services. The standard process is to visit the relevant website, choose the IPO allotment or bid-check page, enter either a PAN or application number and submit the form. The NSE route requires investors to select the equity and SME IPO bid details section and choose the Technocraft ticker, while the BSE and Bigshare portals provide similar search tools for application-based verification.
The company’s public issue was a book-built offer worth Rs 251.88 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 0.95 crore shares and an offer for sale of 0.24 crore shares. The price band was set at Rs 200 to Rs 212 a share, with a lot size of 70 shares, meaning a retail applicant needed at least Rs 14,840 at the upper end to bid for one lot. The shares are tentatively due to list on the NSE and BSE on August 14.
According to filings reported by Moneycontrol and Business Standard, Technocraft Ventures first approached the market in August 2025 and later received final approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India in December 2025. The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds for working capital needs and general corporate purposes. It works on turnkey engineering, procurement and construction projects, mainly in wastewater treatment, sewerage, water supply, roads, power distribution and other urban infrastructure work across northern India.
