The plan was presented at the SHAKTI Summit 2026, hosted by the Pune chapter of the Hindu Economic Forum at the Pune International Centre, where organisers framed the event as a launchpad for a broader strategy spanning defence, aerospace, temple economy, AI, knowledge, media, technology and infrastructure.
The summit also featured ISACA, described as an Indian autonomous craft intended for naval, defence, disaster relief and search-and-rescue work. Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma attended as chief guest and used the platform to call for closer cooperation between government, business, investors and academic institutions in sectors linked to long-term growth and self-reliance. His remarks positioned the initiative as part of a wider push to align innovation with national interest and social good.
