CreditNirvana launches integrated AI suite to transform debt collection and lending onboarding

CreditNirvana has unveiled an innovative AI platform integrating voice and co-browsing capabilities, aiming to streamline lending processes and dramatically improve debt recovery efficiency amid rising operational costs.

CreditNirvana has unveiled an integrated artificial intelligence suite it says is designed to make lending journeys smoother and debt recovery more efficient, as financial institutions wrestle with rising operating costs and higher customer drop-off across digital channels. In a release distributed by PR Newswire, the Perfios-owned company said the new offering, which combines ORCA and CognifAI Assist, can cut collection costs by 40%, lift connect rates by 30% and allow 60% to 70% of collection journeys to run without human intervention.

The company is pitching the launch as a way to tackle two pressure points at once: the friction customers face during tasks such as re-KYC and loan origination, and the repetitive, expensive outreach that often defines collections. CreditNirvana says its approach avoids major core-system changes by sitting as a non-intrusive layer over existing banking portals, mobile apps and third-party systems. Its broader platform, Maestro, already uses agentic AI to automate debt-collection workflows, including digital outreach, voice-bot engagement, account allocation, field operations, payment settlements and legal processes.

At the centre of the new suite is ORCA, which CreditNirvana says uses more than 200 specialised AI agents to decide the next best action for each account and then adapt based on the result. The company describes the system as a closed-loop model that can coordinate collections across digital, voice, calling, field and legal touchpoints, while remaining inside lender-defined compliance rules and human oversight. Its own website says Maestro is built to automate large parts of the debt-collection lifecycle and reduce manual work by more than 60%.

Alongside ORCA, CognifAI Assist is aimed at the front end of the lending process. CreditNirvana says the tool combines an AI voice assistant that supports multiple Indian languages, as well as Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic and Bahasa, with secure visual co-browsing to guide customers through onboarding and servicing screens step by step. The company says the overlay does not require an app download and can highlight fields, pre-fill information and support in-session discussions on rates and repayment terms within approved guardrails. It also says the system uses end-to-end encryption and field-level masking for sensitive data such as PAN, one-time passwords and account details.

Vinay Sathyanarayan, CreditNirvana’s chief executive, said in the announcement that the company wants to make customer interactions more contextual and less cumbersome while giving lenders better account-level decision-making tools. CreditNirvana says the platform now touches more than $30 billion in assets under management across more than 100 million loan accounts, a scale it argues shows demand for AI tools that can improve customer experience, reduce operational friction and keep collections within compliance boundaries.
