Credgenics launches Prix AI, an innovative voice platform designed to enhance business results through outcome-driven interactions, advanced sentiment analysis, and multi-language support, all while adhering to Indian regulatory standards.
Credgenics has launched Prix AI, an enterprise voice platform that it says is designed to improve business outcomes rather than simply reduce the cost of calls. The Delhi-based company is pitching the product as a tool for lenders and other large organisations to build and run voice agents that are judged on conversions, recoveries and completed resolutions, not call volume or minutes spent on the line.
According to Credgenics, the system has been trained on more than 1 billion collections conversations drawn from over 100 million loan accounts. That dataset underpins voice agents that can be used for collections, sales, customer support and reservations, with support for more than 12 Indian languages and the ability to switch between them in real time. The company says the platform is built to listen for sentiment and intent during a call, then trigger the next best action, whether that means suppressing a follow-up reminder, escalating a dispute to a human collector or recording the probability of recovery for future action.
Credgenics is also trying to differentiate Prix AI on performance and operational control. The company says head-to-head testing against human collection agents on comparable borrower profiles showed the platform matching or beating human recovery rates, and that on one Bucket X portfolio it outperformed human agents’ paid-rate results within two months. It says the product has been engineered for enterprise use, with 99.9% uptime and response latency below 800 milliseconds, alongside automated quality checks, transcript indexing and policy guardrails.
Compliance is being positioned as part of the offer rather than an afterthought. Credgenics says Prix AI aligns with Reserve Bank of India digital recovery guidelines, India’s digital personal data protection rules and do-not-disturb norms, and that it is ISO 27001 certified. That matters in a sector where lenders are under pressure to improve collections while avoiding regulatory or conduct lapses, especially as more firms look to automation and AI to handle routine customer interactions.
Anand Agrawal, Credgenics’ co-founder and chief product and technology officer, said the industry has focused too heavily on the cost of each minute rather than what changes after a conversation ends. Rishabh Goel, the company’s co-founder and chief executive, said enterprises need fewer calls and more resolved accounts, arguing that the platform is intended to let customers pay for outcomes rather than activity. The launch extends Credgenics’ broader push into AI-led customer experience management, where it has already framed conversational tools as a way to turn customer engagement into measurable sales, service and recovery results.
