Moneyboxx Finance has partnered with Trusave Fintech’s Bachatt to launch SmartBiz Loan, an innovative digital unsecured lending platform aimed at nano and micro entrepreneurs, signalling a shift towards more efficient, technology-driven financial services for small businesses.
Moneyboxx Finance has entered the digital lending market with SmartBiz Loan, a new unsecured product developed with Trusave Fintech, which operates as Bachatt. The company said the launch is a key step in its shift towards a more technology-driven lending model and a wider push to serve very small businesses that often struggle to obtain formal credit.
The platform is aimed at nano and micro entrepreneurs, as well as self-employed borrowers looking for smaller business loans. According to Moneyboxx, the digital route should make sourcing, onboarding, underwriting and servicing quicker and more efficient than traditional branch-led or hybrid lending models. The company says it is targeting approval decisions in under five minutes, although that remains subject to credit checks and underwriting.
Bachatt will act as a lending service provider and use API-based integrations to support customer acquisition, digital onboarding and servicing. Moneyboxx said it will remain the actual lender and will independently assess every application under its own credit policy and regulatory obligations. The partnership combines Bachatt’s digital distribution capabilities with Moneyboxx’s lending and servicing experience.
The launch also gives Moneyboxx a new way to address short-term working-capital needs, including stock purchases, expansion and festival-driven demand. Business Standard reported that the move is being positioned as a strategic addition to the company’s existing branch-led franchise, rather than a replacement for it, with the aim of broadening reach while improving scale and operating efficiency.
