Uflex shares soar after robust June-quarter results and dividend support

Uflex’s stock hits upper circuit as quarterly earnings and dividend payouts boost investor confidence amid broader market weakness, highlighting a strong turnaround in company performance.

Uflex shares surged on Monday after the packaging group’s June-quarter numbers drew a strong market reaction, with the stock hitting the upper circuit on the BSE and climbing to an intraday high of ₹553.40. The move came during a weak broader market session, as investors piled into the counter after the company’s latest results. According to the material released with the numbers, the rally added to a run that has already lifted the stock sharply over the past month.

The reporting around the quarter, however, is not fully consistent across the sources provided. One account says Uflex’s net profit for the period ended June 2026 jumped 629% year on year to ₹423.30 crore, while revenue rose 37.6% to ₹5,366 crore. Other market data pages for the June quarter show consolidated revenue of ₹3,921.85 crore and note that expenses also increased, underlining that the company’s performance was viewed as strong even if the exact profit figures differ across disclosures.

What is clear is that investors focused on the turnaround in earnings and the improved top line. Business Standard reported that in the March 2026 quarter Uflex had already posted a 16.28% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹196.02 crore, while full-year profit for fiscal 2026 more than doubled to ₹317.10 crore. Stock data cited in the material also shows a 52-week range of ₹333 to ₹600.95, with the company valued at about ₹5,132 crore at the time of the move.

Uflex has also used dividends to support shareholder returns. The company traded ex-dividend in June 2026, paying ₹3 a share, after making a similar payout in 2025. That record, combined with the latest quarterly update, appears to have helped keep long-term investors interested even as the stock’s short-term price swings have intensified.
