Fascinate Textiles extends IPO deadline amid rising SME textile listing activity

Fascinate Textiles has extended its initial public offering period until 19 August 2026, amid a surge in SME textile listings seeking capital for growth and expansion, highlighting continued investor interest in the sector despite liquidity challenges.

Fascinate Textiles’ initial public offering remains open and now gives investors until 19 August 2026 to apply, according to Univest. The textile and apparel company is seeking a listing on the BSE SME platform, and applications can be submitted through ASBA or UPI via SEBI-registered broker platforms.

The company is aiming to use the proceeds for expansion, working capital and general corporate purposes, as set out in its draft red herring prospectus. HDFC Sky reported that Fascinate Textiles has filed for the issue with a fresh offering of 34.58 lakh shares and an offer for sale of up to 8.36 lakh shares, taking the total public issue to 42.94 lakh shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The price band and final issue size have not yet been announced.

Investors considering the offer are being urged to read the prospectus closely, particularly the risk factors and financial statements. Univest notes that the document is available on the SEBI EDGAR portal and the company’s website. That matters because smaller SME listings can be more vulnerable to trading swings and thin post-listing liquidity, meaning investors may find it harder to buy or sell shares quickly after listing.

The latest IPO activity also fits into a busy stretch for the textiles segment. Fractal Industries, another SME textiles company, listed on BSE SME earlier this year after a February offering, while Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles launched a July issue and Alpine Texworld opened its own public sale the same month. Against that backdrop, Fascinate Textiles is one more sign that smaller apparel and textile groups are still using public markets to raise capital for growth, even as investors remain focused on pricing, demand and execution.
