Rupyy has announced the appointment of Manvendra Singh as head of sales to spearhead its expansion into unsecured and broader lending, signalling a strategic shift beyond auto finance under the CarDekho-backed platform.
Rupyy has named Manvendra Singh as head of sales, as the CarDekho Group-backed platform pushes further beyond vehicle finance into broader lending. The company said Singh will help lead its unsecured lending business and support its effort to build larger sales channels and deepen ties with lenders and distribution partners.
Singh brings more than 13 years’ experience in lending and sales leadership. Before joining Rupyy, he was zonal head at Lendingkart, where he oversaw business loans in the North Zone and Gujarat and earned internal recognition for performance in 2024 and 2025. He previously held senior roles at Bajaj Finserv, managing products ranging from professional loans and loans against property to salaried personal loans and home loans across markets including Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Surat and Vadodara.
He also worked at Fullerton India Credit Company, where he handled the Jaipur cluster for small-ticket business loans and salaried personal loans. Singh started his career at Intec Capital, working in business development across loan against property and equipment finance. He holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Jaipur National University and has completed a general management programme for executives in sales and marketing at IIM Lucknow.
Rupyy describes itself as a digital lending platform and full-stack vehicle finance distribution business operating across cars, two-wheelers and commercial vehicles. On its website, the company says it also offers personal loans, mortgages, electric vehicle loans and loans against cars, backed by technology that covers the full loan process and by partnerships with more than 50 banks and non-banking financial companies. The appointment comes as the platform continues to position itself as a broader lending marketplace rather than only an auto-finance business.
