India’s primary market is set for a bustling week, with six companies preparing to raise a combined ₹5,600 crore through initial public offerings, led by Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, signalling a robust start to 2026’s listing calendar.
India’s primary market is heading into another crowded week, with six companies preparing to collectively raise about ₹5,600 crore through initial public offerings, according to Business Standard. The line-up is led by Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks and jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, while the pipeline is expected to keep deal flow active into the following week as well.
Horizon Industrial Parks is due to open the week on August 17 with a ₹2,600 crore issue made entirely of fresh shares, using the proceeds mainly to repay borrowings, according to the company’s issue details reported by market trackers. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will launch its ₹1,700 crore offer on the same day, combining a fresh issue of up to ₹1,200 crore with an offer for sale of up to ₹500 crore. The company said the money will support expansion, capital spending and debt reduction.
The rest of the week brings smaller but still sizeable offerings. Shankesh Jewellers plans a ₹367 crore IPO on August 18, while film and television producer Sunshine Pictures will open a ₹282 crore issue on the same day. Gaja Alternative Asset Management, which operates under the Gaja Capital brand, is set to follow on August 19 with a ₹550 crore offer, and Tempsens Instruments (India) will open its issue on August 20. Business Standard said the six listings together would take the number of IPO launches in 2026 to 54.
Separately, air freight and logistics company Skyways Air Services is scheduled to enter the market on August 24 with a ₹583 crore IPO, suggesting the fundraising calendar will remain busy beyond the coming week. Financial Express reported earlier that the Securities and Exchange Board of India had cleared six companies for public issues, including Horizon and quick-commerce group Zepto, underlining how active India’s new-listings market has become in 2026.
