As Vertex Group marks its 10th anniversary, the firm plans to recruit 2,000 employees across key roles in Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR, reflecting its rapid growth and strategic push towards reaching 5,000 staff by 2026 amid new service launches and acquisition strategies.
Vertex Group said it will hire 2,000 people in Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR this August as it marks its 10th year in business, in what it described as one of its biggest monthly recruitment drives to date. The company said the expansion is being driven by rising demand from consumer brands in India and forms part of a broader push to scale operations through 2026.
The jobs will span sales, team leadership, management, quality assurance, analytics, training and customer support, giving the company a wide funnel for immediate hiring. Gagan Arora, Vertex Group’s founder and president, has said the timing reflects both the company’s growth and the confidence shown by large consumer brands during what it is calling a mega hiring month.
The recruitment push also comes after Vertex broadened its footprint in adjacent services. In June, the company unveiled DK Vertex, a smart co-working platform it described as its first full-stack offering in the space. Backed by a ₹3 billion investment, the platform launched with more than 1 million square feet of space and over 10,000 AI-enabled, built-to-suit seats across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, according to construction industry reporting and business press coverage. The platform bundles office space with services such as information technology, payroll, hiring, analytics, account management and concierge support.
Vertex is also aiming to grow further beyond this hiring round, with a goal of reaching 5,000 employees by the end of 2026. That wider expansion comes as the company pursues a more aggressive growth plan, including acquisitions and a management reshuffle that brought in industry veteran Subba Rao as co-founder and chief growth officer to help steer its Vertex 2.0 strategy.
